The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply, including their cancellation conditions. Cancellations are only possible in writing.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
• In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the travel price.
• For early departures and cancellations from the day of arrival 100% will be charged.
• Cancellations are only possible in writing!

Holiday Insurance

A hotel reservation is also a purchase contract. Which is why there are charges in the event of cancellation, delayed arrival or premature departure. In order to avoid unnecessary irritation, we suggest purchasing holiday cancellation insurance .

Check-in & Check-out

Your room at 3-star Hotel Schützenhof is available for check-in on arrival day after 2 p.m. Please check out of your room on departure day by 10 a.m., allowing us time to clean for incoming guests.

Wellness Area

Relax completely in the new wellness area

Sauna towels and bathrobes are in the room. Free use of the sauna for stays of 2 nights or more. Use of the sauna for one night – price € 19.00 per person. Use of the sauna from 14 years of age.

You are welcome to use our WiFi free of charge throughout the hotel.

Bike & Ski Cellar with Boot Dryer

Your cycling or winter sports equipment is securely stored here with us. Keep it all in our cellar area, also with boot dryer.

Ski bus stop

There is a ski bus stop directly in front of our house. The bus takes you to the ski area 5 minutes away every 20 minutes.

Payment

Your reservation is only guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit. Please pay the balance once you are here, either in cash or with your credit card.

Discount for children

If you stay overnight in the parents' room (2 full-paying guests), the specified child discounts apply:

0-2 years: 100%

3-7 years: 65%

8-12 years: 55%

13-15 years: 45%

Equipment for Babies & Small Children

We are happy to provide cribs/cots for the use of our younger guests. Please let us know your needs in advance. In front of the hotel you will find a playground with swing and slide.

Enjoy the convenience of parking your car right in front of our hotel & inn in Flachau, Reitdorf.

Pets/Dogs

We charge € 25.00 per day without food for stays of 2 nights or more. For 1 overnight stay the price is € 50.00 without food. Your dog is not allowed in the breakfast room or dining room.

New from May 2025: Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket

When you arrive at the Hotel Schützenhof, you will receive the public transport guest ticket. This gives you free travel on public transport throughout the province of Salzburg.

Flachau Summer Card & Salzburger Sportwelt Card

On arrival you will receive the Flachau Summer Card or the Salzburger Sportwelt Card (in winter) free of charge for the duration of your stay. Take part in the summer activity programme free of charge and take advantage of the numerous discounts in Flachau and the Salzburger Sportwelt.
